On December 8, Governor Inslee announced an extension until January 4 on the current statewide restrictions.

Changes to the Open Public Meetings Act (OPMA) and the Public Records Act extended to January 19.

2021-2022 Budget

City Council Votes to Adopt 2021-2022 Budget

On December 10, Redmond City Council voted 6-1 to adopt the 2021-2022 biennial budget. More community members than ever before provided input through the community-based Civic Results Team, online and direct mail questionnaires, emails, focus groups, and four public hearings.
