Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the annual August National Night Out gathering was not possible this year. Instead, residents are invited to participate safely at home in this year’s National Night “In” event, taking place the week of October 5 – 9 alongside National Fire Prevention Week.

Help Prevent Flooding and Protect Streams

With the arrival of fall, the rain and leaves have returned. Please be a good neighbor and make sure your storm drains are clear of leaves and other debris to prevent flooding. Did you know, all storm drains in Redmond empty directly into our streams, rivers, and even Lake Sammamish. Please, only rain down the drain!

Recycling event

Fall Recycling Events Canceled

The fall Recycling Events scheduled for October 3 and 10, 2020, have been canceled due to COVID-19 to ensure the safety of City staff and the community. City staff are exploring other recycling options for residents to offset the canceled events and plan to update the City’s webpage by early November with additional information.

BloodWorks: Thank you for giving

Help Others by Donating Blood

Our partners at Bloodworks Northwest need at least 1,000 people to donate blood every day in order to meet local patient needs. Donating blood is a safe activity, and through October 31, all donations will be tested for COVID-19 antibodies.
