Redmond Launches $1.5 Million Fund for Small Businesses and Non-profits
OneRedmond is administering a $1.5 million Redmond Small Business Resiliency Grant Fund with support from the City to help small businesses and non-profits negatively impacted by COVID-19. The fund will provide grants of up to $10,000 to small businesses and non-profits located in the City of Redmond with no more than 25 full-time equivalent employees.
The City of Redmond’s brand has been refreshed. After the launch of the City’s new website in 2019, internal City staff continued to work to improve user experience and refine the City’s brand. You will begin to see new logos, fonts, and colors on the City’s website and other City of Redmond communications.
Share Your Thoughts on Utilities and the Environment
The City’s Public Works Department provides reliable, safe, and resilient utilities while protecting and sustaining our natural environment. Take the questionnaire on the Utilities Strategic Plan to weigh in on what actions the City should take to balance service and sustainability.
Eastbound SR 520 will be closed between 148th Ave NE and NE 40th Street September 2-3, from 11 p.m. through 5 a.m., for nighttime construction work on the Redmond Technology Station pedestrian bridge. Detours will be in place. Learn more
Crews will begin working to improve access to the Redmond Central Connector trail near the Red 160 apartments at the intersection of Redmond Way and 160th Avenue NE, on September 1. The trail will remain open during this work. Learn more
