Don’t Miss Virtual Derby Days

The Derby Days tradition continues in 2020 with our virtual edition, now through July 11! Explore fun activities that allow you to remain physically distant and still participate in some of the cherished elements of our annual Derby Days Festival. Join the Derby Dash 5KCommunity Bike ChallengeVirtual Bike Decorating Parade, Derby Days Bingo, Rock-a-thon Open Mic, and Virtual Art Show. Give Input on Updating Redmond’s Tree Regulations New!
The City is updating the regulations regarding tree retention standards for new developments and tree removal permit requirements on developed lots. Read about this project and provide your input by completing a questionnaire by July 30.

Participate in a Temporary Construction Dewatering Questionnaire New!
Redmond is conducting a triple bottom line analysis to study the environmental, social and economic costs of Temporary Construction Dewatering (TCD). Please fill out a questionnaire by July 24 to help inform the scenarios considered for analysis of TCD.

Please Maintain Sidewalk Access and Visibility

As the beautiful greenery continues to grow, please remember to trim bushes, plants and trees on your property that that may be growing over walkways. Overgrown landscape can block pedestrian and ADA access, and limits the safe view of traffic.

Redmond Streets To Be Re-striped

Weather dependent, King County crews will be in Redmond re-painting all white street lines, including shoulder and bike lanes, overnight in early July. If you see the painting truck, please avoid crossing the white lines, when possible.
