Groundbreaking of Capella at Esterra Park

Redmond Celebrates Affordable Housing Groundbreaking

Community leaders celebrated the groundbreaking for Capella at Esterra Park in Overlake last week. This property creates 261 workforce and affordable housing units serving households with income up to $66,420 annually for a family of four.

Be Aware of Changes at Overlake Transit Center

The bus stops at the Overlake Transit Center are moving. Buses, Connectors and shuttles will begin using the first floor of the new Overlake Transit Center (soon to be Redmond Technology Station) parking garage later this month.
