Derby Days is Almost Here!
Redmond’s annual Derby Days summer festival begins Friday evening, July 12 and runs all day Saturday, July 13 at Redmond City Hall campus. Join your friends and neighbors at this fun community event!
Roads Closing for Derby Days
Road closures related to festival activities will affect portions of NE 85th St, NE 83rd St, 158th Ave, 160th Ave, and 161st Ave from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday July 13. For full details, and other event information, please visit the webpage.
Construction of Redmond Technology Center Bridge Begins
Construction of the pedestrian/bicycle bridge over SR 520 in Overlake has begun. Approximately 60 trees located on Microsoft property will be removed, and a portion will be relocated to the Keller Farm for use in the City’s stream restoration project.
Improvements to NE 51st St Begin Soon
NE 51st Street in Redmond’s Overlake neighborhood will be under construction beginning in the middle to late July through June 2020. Details about the project are available on the project webpage.
