As we move forward with the Printer Optimization Program (POP), we expect to begin putting the new KPI Plotter in service this week. The new Canon printers will arrive the week of December 6. Kevin Carpenter started at the Port on Nov. 16, 2021, as Sr. IT Project Manager. Kevin has more than 25 years of experience leading projects and programs of varying complexities, including working in key roles for PACCAR and Monsanto. Most recently he was the Director, Asset Management Programs for DECISIV, INC. He earned a B.S.in Computer Science with a MIS concentration from Washington State University and received a Project Management Professional certification from PMI.

Jennifer Dalbec is the Port’s Payroll Technician. Jennifer processes the semi-monthly payroll for NWSA and Port of Tacoma, reconciles and processes third party payments and is our ADP and E-time subject matter expert. She has been at the Port for four years and says the favorite parts of her job are the people she works with and the variety of things she does. For fun, she enjoys gardening, cooking, kayaking and traveling.
