Port of Tacoma Washington Tariff: Fuel surcharge notification

Fuel surcharge notification - Feb. 22, 2012

Due to the cost of fuel, the fuel surcharge for Port of Tacoma straddle carriers will be adjusted Feb. 22 as follows:

• North Intermodal Yard lift surcharge will increase from $0.77 to $0.83 per lift, effective Feb. 25.
• Port-operated terminals gate charge will increase from increase from $0.77 to $0.83 per lift, effective Feb. 25.
• Straddle carrier rental surcharge will increase from increase from $7.72 to $8.25 per hour, effective March 1.

These charges are based on fuel costs for Port of Tacoma straddle carriers from Jan. 20, 2012, to Feb. 17, 2012. This will be reviewed again March 24, with notification March 28.
