The Senior Off-Season Pass fee will increase in September 2026 |

We’re reaching out to let you know of an upcoming change to the cost of your pass.
This September, the Senior Off-Season Pass will increase from $75 to $100. Senior Limited Income Pass holders will still receive their 50% discount on the Senior Off-Season Pass, increasing from $37.50 to $50. The additional nightly utility fee will also increase from $10 to $12. These adjustments will help align the price of the pass with our camping and moorage fees, which were increased in 2025.
This is the first time the price of the Senior Off-Season Pass has been adjusted in over a decade. The revenue State Parks earns from fees such as camping, is essential to keeping state parks staffed, operational and open for access to all Washingtonians. We must raise fees periodically to help offset the rising cost of park operations, construction and utilities. We recognize rising costs aren’t just impacting the agency – they’re impacting park visitors as well, so any fee adjustments are made under careful consideration.
Thank you for your ongoing support of Washington State Parks. We look forward to hosting you and appreciate you choosing these special places to spend your free time.
