Technical questions related to the Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), federal programs, or audit requirements should be directed to Felicia DenAdel via the State Auditors Office (SAO) Help Desk. To submit a Help Desk request, go to the website at www.sao.wa.gov and click on the Help Desk box, which will take you to the login page. Once you login with Secure Access Washington (SAW), you can submit a Help Desk request. If your LEA is asking about a particular federal program, it’s helpful to include the Assistance Listing Number (ALN) and program title.
