Back-to-School Private School Enrollment Reporting Checklist

The 2025-2026 Enrollment Reporting window is now open. All approved private schools are required to fulfill statutory attendance reporting requirements (RCW 28A.195.060) through the enrollment reporting process. Please submit your report by October 31, 2025.

Before you begin: Clear your browser’s cache to avoid any issues with accessing the form, especially if you’ve had login problems in the past.

If your school has multiple campuses, please log in and report enrollment numbers for each campus separately.

Would you like to preview the report? Download the Sample Enrollment Report. You may also find it helpful to complete the Excel Enrollment Worksheet for each campus before transferring information into the online report. Both downloads are also available on our website: Enrollment Reporting.

Troubleshooting: If you log in and only see a draft or dummy version of the report with no “next” button, try a different browser or computer. If that does not work, email the Private Schools Manager.
