Change of Information Form Due February 14th!

The Private School Change of Information Form is due tomorrow, Friday February 14, 2025. Only schools who have have had recent changes to the head of school should complete this form.

If you have already submitted a form, no further action is needed.

Other Key Dates to Mark On Your Calendar:

Tuesdays in February: Zoom Q&A sessions for Approval Application, 12–12:30 PM PST
March 3: Online Approval Application Launch

Wednesdays in March: Zoom Q&A sessions for Approval Application, 12–12:30 PM PST

April 1: Approval Applications Due

Mid-April: ESEA Federal Programs Application Due (Please contact OSPI’s office with any questions related to this requirement. The SBE does not facilitate this application.)

June 2: Deadline for additional materials or corrections – e.g., inspection or staffing reports

June 26: Board votes to approve private schools

Early July: Schools are notified of approval & new schools are assigned building codes

Mid July: Certificates of Approval available for download on the Private Schools website
