Enrollment Reports Due in Two Weeks – Please Review Carefully

Dear Private School Administrators, 

The deadline to submit your 2024 - 2025 Enrollment Report is just two weeks away. Please complete your submission by November 1, 2024. 

Key Reminders for the 2024-2025 Private School Enrollment Report 

• Review your submission carefully: Pay special attention to your school’s profit/nonprofit status and ensure that enrollment for each campus is reported separately. 

• If you have not already done so, please review your report status by downloading the Enrollment Report Submission Tracker from the Enrollment Reporting webpage. This tracker is updated weekly and will indicate any discrepancies or errors in Column F. 

• Important: If you discover an error in your report, you will not be able to log back in to make corrections. You’ll need to contact the Private Schools Manager to request a unique link to regain access and resolve the issue. 

Guidelines for Submitting Your Report 

• If your school has multiple campuses, log in and report the enrollment numbers for each campus separately. 

• Use the Excel Enrollment Worksheet to organize your data. 

• Clear your browser’s cache or try a different browser if you experience any issues logging in. 

Login Information 

• Username: Head of School Email Address 

• Password: School Building Code (four digits or three digits + one uppercase letter. The password is case sensitive)
