Enrollment Reporting Form Coming Soon - September 25, 2024

The official Enrollment Reporting window opens next week on October 2nd, with a submission deadline of November 1, 2024. A link to the online reporting form will be sent via email on October 2nd and will also be available on our website: Enrollment Reporting | SBE (wa.gov).

Important: The Excel Enrollment Worksheet is a tool to help you organize your data before completing the online report. It is not the report itself. We recommend filling out a worksheet for each campus to make transferring information to the online report easier on or after October 2.

For the online report, you will need to provide:

Total enrollment of full-time, in-person K-12 students for each campus. If your school has multiple campuses, please log in and report enrollment numbers for each campus separately.

Demographic information for K-12 students only.

Total enrollment of students in your Early Learning/Pre-K program (if applicable).

New this year: Total enrollment of full-time, Washington state-resident students in your online program (if applicable).

Instructions for Reporting Race/Ethnicity Data:

Each student must be counted in only one Race/Ethnicity category.

The total number of students in these categories must match the total enrollment for each grade. If students identify more than one race/ethnicity category, please select "Two or More Races."

If race/ethnicity data is unavailable or students prefer not to share, include them in "Unknown / Prefer Not to Share / Not Reflected in Previous Categories."

Please double-check your totals before submitting. Completing the worksheet before entering your data in the enrollment form helps ensure that the totals for students by grade and by race/ethnicity match. If discrepancies are found, we will contact you for corrections.

Note that the SBE is using the race/ethnicity categories specified by federal regulations, in accordance with both federal and state guidance. For more information concerning federally mandated categories, please see Definitions for New Race and Ethnicity Categories.
