Here is the survey information that was sent out on March 1, for your reference:
As mentioned in Bulletin No. 004-23, the Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) is required to collect a summary of your district’s policies, procedures, programs, partnerships, vendors, and instructional and training materials prohibiting harassment, intimidation, and bullying (HIB). This information is being collected via survey.
This email contains a link to the survey and instructions on completing it.
The survey must be completed by March 31, 2023.
The information collected in this survey will be published on OSPI’s safety center website. OSPI is required under Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 28A.600.477 to collect and publish this information.
Survey Instructions
This survey must be completed by your district’s HIB Compliance Officer. If you are not the HIB Compliance Officer for your district, then please forward this email to your district’s HIB Compliance Officer.
You will be completing this survey on behalf of your school district. The survey should take between 10 and 25 minutes to complete, depending on how you answer certain questions.
