Many districts have not yet reported the screener data from Fall 2022 to CEDARS and/or have errors resulting in 16,914 students on the PENR.
- Check your PENR and student rosters ASAP to make sure all eligible students are accurately reported.
- Please note that CEDARS must have updated and accurate information on ALL identified m/Els by early December.
- This data pull will determine the testing kits and materials order for the WIDA ACCESS.

How the WIDA ELD Standards Framework Impacts K-12 Educators
WIDA wants to hear from K-12 educators who work with multilingual learners -- in all capacities, everyone from EL teachers to content teachers to school/district leaders who plan professional development.
As we begin our work to align ACCESS for ELLs to the 2020 Edition, we need to better understand how the 2020 Edition impacts K-12 educators’ teaching and assessment practices. This feedback will help us develop meaningful assessment resources and tools for educators and students.
Provide your feedback by completing our survey by November 18. The survey should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. All those who complete the survey are eligible to win a $25 Amazon gift card.
The Zoom at Noon
OSPI is bringing back Lunch with Leslie for the 2022-23 school year. This is an opportunity on Mondays at noon for districts to hear updates from OSPI, ask questions about WIDA assessments, or find out how other districts are approaching testing processes.
- November 14, 2022 | There is no session being held.
EGMS Feedback Survey
We would appreciate your feedback on the rollout of the Consolidated Grant Application in EGMS. Please complete this survey to support our improvements for next year.
Title III grant applications were due October 17! For the Title III grant application in EGMS, districts can use the Title III Data Table (click to download) to provide their most recent data for multilingual learners and develop continuous improvement plans.
For data on exited students at 2 and 4 years for both ELA and Math, districts should enter the number and percent for 2-year data for ELA only.
For general CGA support, please visit the EGMS website or sign up for Office Hours which are offered weekly on Wednesdays (11-12) and Thursdays (2-3).
Please contact Sue Connolly or Shannon Martin with questions.
