Washington Classified School Employee of the Year Award to be Presented
State Superintendent will honor nine finalists from across the state
OLYMPIA—MAY 4, 2017—State Superintendent Chris Reykdal will announce Washington’s 2017 Classified School Employee of the Year at an award ceremony on Monday, May 8, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. Nine regional finalists – representing the state’s educational service districts – were considered for the honor and will be recognized at the ceremony.
A reception will follow the announcement.

The Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) is the primary agency charged with overseeing K–12 education in Washington state.
