In 2008, we took steps to address the achievement gap affecting African American youth in our public schools.
We ask for your participation again - our Washington State African American Educational Opportunity Survey is open. Help us continue in our work to close the achievement gap for our students.
Please participate this week in a 10-15 minute online survey for parents, caretakers, and others who assist African American students.
What has your experience been with public schools and the educational opportunities they offer for your child? We need to hear your experiences and opinions.
Your anonymous input will be used to help us guide educators and policymakers to improve supports for African American students and families throughout Washington State.
