The
Office of Insurance Commissioner (OIC) is seeking public comment on draft
language for proposed rules and revisions relating to continuing education
requirements for continuing education (CE) providers and producers. The
proposed rules and revisions involve WAC 284-17-200 through WAC 284-17-306.
OIC seeks feedback
from interested parties about the draft language of the proposed and revised rules.
The proposed rule changes will affect insurance producers and continuing
education providers. You can see a synopsis of the proposed changes and the
