The Medicaid continuous enrollment condition is no longer linked to the public health emergency (PHE) and will end on March 31, 2023. States will have up to one year to start renewals and up to 14 months to complete renewals for everyone enrolled in Medicaid. Social Security now has a special customer service number for the new Part B for the coverage of anti-rejection drugs (post ESRD Medicare). The phone number is: 877-465-0355. If a consumer wants to apply for this special Part B, they need to complete Medicare form 10798.
