Social Security office update

Starting April 7, Social Security will add more in-person appointments and offer in-person service for people without an appointment.

During the pandemic, millions of people used Social Security’s secure online services and received help by phone and through in-person appointments. Social Security asks that people who can access its services online or by phone, continue to do business this way, when possible. This will better allow Social Security to timely serve people who cannot use these options.
