State Emergency Operations Center (SEOC) Situation Update – 12/10/2025

SEOC Status / SEOC Active Incidents:

Level 1 - Full Activation
- 25-4783 - December 2025 Winter Weather
- ESF 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12, 15, 21, and DOMOPS and PA group activated
- SEOC Representatives deployed to Lewis and Skagit Counties
- EOC Functions Activated: Command, Logistics, Plans, Operations, and Finance
