Allopathic Physicians Chapter Review
The WMC is considering amending the following rules in chapter 246-919 WAC Washington Medical Commission (allopathic physicians), to modernize language, add clarity, and bring the rules more in line with current practice: WAC 246-919-010 through 246-919-520 and WAC 246-919-602 through 246-919-700.
The Preproposal Statement of Inquiry, or CR-101, was filed on May 22, 2025, as WSR #25-12-014. For more details about this rulemaking, please refer to the CR-101 document linked below.
The WMC will hold workshops for this rulemaking in the coming months. Notices for each will be distributed through this list and posted to our Rules in Progress page.
