About the Transportation Benefit District:
The Lynnwood City Council established the Transportation Benefit District in 2010 to fund transportation improvements within city limits. Lynnwood vehicle owners currently pay a $20 vehicle registration fee which generates about half a million dollars annually for transportation projects.
