New Lynnwood Office Building Receives Award
Congratulations to Davis Property and Investment, LLC and Zumiez for winning the 2012 Office Development of the Year from the Washington State Chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Parks).
Completed in 2012, this 63,000 square foot office building is the first of two phases and is the new corporate headquarters for retailer Zumiez.
