The 2024 Comprehensive Plan is the City’s long-term strategy for growth, infrastructure, and services. This plan was last updated in 2015 and much has changed since then. This updated plan will provide a roadmap to guide future decisions.

The City Center + Alderwood Plan establishes the vision and goals for the City Center and Alderwood areas of the city. Within the next twenty years this area will have two light rail stations, new housing and more jobs. We are planning for this area to become an exciting place for people to live, work, and play!
