Lynnwood Municipal Court Offering LFO Amnesty
 LYNNWOOD, WA (April 21, 2022) - The Lynnwood Municipal Court has coordinated with the collection agency Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson (LGBS) to offer an amnesty program aimed at clearing delinquent legal financial obligations (LFOs). The amnesty program will be offered the entire month of May 2022. Individuals with delinquent fines in collection status will receive the benefit of having accrued interest waived if payment is made in full during the month of May.
Please note that collection costs will not be waived, only accrued interest. Offering an LFO amnesty will help eliminate barriers to obtaining or reinstating driver’s licenses.
