LPD 2018 Annual Report and 2019-2023 Strategic Plan Now Available

The Lynnwood Police Department is proud to present the 2018 Annual Report and the 2019-2023 Police Department Strategic Plan to our community.

The Annual Report provides a broad overview of your department’s activity in 2018.  As you can see we experienced a modest increase in calls for service, but were able to maintain a high level of customer service. 

Chief Davis stated, "To be most effective, our Department continues to focus on a deliberative improvement process and to consciously align our decision making with that focus. This process ensures we continue building trusting relationships between the Department and the diverse communities that we serve."

The second document for your review is the Police Department’s 5-Year Strategic Plan.  This plan was developed over the past year by working with every section of our department, with members of our City leadership team and with community member input.  This plan is intentionally designed to align with the City’s Vision and Strategic Plan, which were both used as guiding documents.
