Gun Store Employees Thwart Vehicle Theft

LYNNWOOD, WA (April 2, 2017) - Two alert employees at Lynnwood Gun, located in the 20800 block of Hwy 99, observed a suspicious person enter a vehicle parked near the business at around 5:45 PM this evening.  The employees, both armed, know the owner of the vehicle so they knew the suspect had no reason to be inside the vehicle.  The employees confronted the suspect and held him at gunpoint until police arrival.  Fortunately, the suspect complied and was taken into custody without further incident and was booked into jail for investigation of attempted vehicle theft.  The suspect is a 33 year old male.
