3.   HB 2040 - Concerning the recovery of the aged, blind, or disabled assistance program.
4.   HB 2044 - Addressing unexcused student absences.
5.   HB 2061 - Regarding concession fees by duty-free sales enterprises.
6.   ESSB 5009 - Accommodating multiple vehicle types for transporting students.
7.   ESSB 5023 - Providing labor market protections for domestic workers.
8.   SSB 5030 - Improving access to educational services by reducing barriers to obtaining vital records and allowing alternative forms of documentation.
9.   SB 5032 - Expanding the duties of the office of the family and children's ombuds to include juvenile rehabilitation facilities operated by the department of children, youth, and families.
10.   SSB 5040 - Expanding the definition of uniformed personnel to all law enforcement officers employed by a city, town, county, or governing body of a municipal airport operating under the provisions of chapter 14.08 RCW.
11.   ESSB 5041 - Concerning unemployment insurance benefits for striking or lockout workers.
12.   SB 5077 - Concerning expansion of voter registration services by government agencies.
13.   E2SSB 5098 - Restricting the possession of weapons on the premises of state or local public buildings, parks or playground facilities where children are likely to be present, and county fairs and county fair facilities.
14.   SB 5110 - Providing tuition waivers for tribal elders at Washington’s community and technical colleges.
15.   SSB 5123 - Expanding protections for certain students to promote inclusivity in public schools.
16.   E2SSB 5148 - Ensuring compliance with the housing element requirements of the growth management act.
17.   SSB 5163 - Modernizing the child fatality statute.
18.   SSB 5165 - Concerning compensation in frontier one counties for deer and elk damage.
19.   E2SSB 5175 - Concerning the photovoltaic module stewardship and takeback program.
20.   E2SSB 5217 - Expanding pregnancy-related accommodations.
21.   ESSB 5219 - Concerning partial confinement eligibility and alignment.
22.   ESSB 5291 - Implementing the recommendations of the long-term services and supports trust commission.
23.   SB 5361 - Delaying the use of the ASAM 4 criteria, treatment criteria for addictive, substance related, and co-occurring conditions.
24.   SSB 5388 - Concerning department of corrections behavioral health certification.
25.   SSB 5394 - Reducing the developmental disabilities administration's no-paid services caseload services.
26.   SB 5420 - Ensuring access to state benefits and opportunities for veterans, uniformed service members, and military spouses.
27.   ESSB 5445 - Encouraging utility investment in local energy resilience. (REVISED FOR ENGROSSED: Encouraging the development of distributed energy resources.)
28.   ESSB 5466 - Improving reliability and capacity of the electric transmission system in Washington state.
29.   SSB 5469 - Prohibiting algorithmic rent fixing and noncompete agreements in the rental housing market.
30.   SB 5543 - Providing equity in eligibility for the college bound scholarship.
31.   SSB 5545 - Modifying provisions regarding family home providers overseen and certified by a federal military service.
32.   ESSB 5576 - Providing a local government option for the funding of essential affordable housing programs.
33.   SSB 5587 - Concerning affordable housing development in counties not closing the gap between estimated existing housing units within the county and existing housing needs.
34.   E2SSB 5613 - Concerning the development of clear and objective standards, conditions, and procedures for residential development.
35.   ESSB 5627 - Improving safe excavation practices and preventing damage to underground utilities.
36.   SB 5653 - Concerning collective bargaining by fish and wildlife officers.
37.   E2SSB 5686 - Expanding and funding the foreclosure mediation program.
38.   ESSB 5694 - Establishing a statewide boiler operator certification.
39.   E2SSB 5745 - Concerning legal representation under the involuntary treatment act.
40.   ESSB 5752 - Modifying child care and early childhood development programs.
