Removed from Executive Session: SB 5396 - Supporting the continued employment of pilots applying for federal aviation administration medical certificates, SB 5403 - Allowing direct to consumer sales of certain cannabis products, SB 5070 - Concerning prohibiting fees on certain acts of commerce to protect tipped wages for workers while reducing the financial burden on employers, SB 5061 - Requiring certain wages in public works contracts to be at least the prevailing wage in effect when the work is performed, SB 5503 - Concerning public employee collective bargaining processes and SB 5701 - Expanding access to records for joint labor management committees for the purposes of enforcing prevailing wage laws.
