1. SB 5169 - Concerning testimony of children.

2. SB 5142 - Providing owners of real estate taken through eminent domain by school districts, or sold under threat of eminent domain, the opportunity to purchase the real estate back when it is not put to intended public use.

3. SB 5282 - Reestablishing the advisory board for the missing and exploited children task force.

4. SB 5238 - Addressing reckless driving in cases involving excessive speed.

5. SB 5229 - Facilitating civil commitment for treatment for a person requiring revival by opioid overdose reversal medication.

6. SB 5323 - Concerning the penalties for theft and possession of stolen property from first responders.

7. SB 5286 - Concerning policing costs driven by proximity to state hospitals.

8. SB 5268 - Classifying unlawful possession of a firearm as a violent offense.

9. SB 5223 - Concerning criminal offense fingerprinting.

Public Hearing: SB 5066 - Concerning law enforcement and local corrections agency misconduct through investigations and legal actions. (Hearing is on the Proposed Substitute.) (Remote Testimony Available).
