5.   E2SSB 6175 - Providing a sales and use tax incentive for existing structures. (REVISED FOR ENGROSSED: Concerning housing affordability tax incentives for existing structures.) (Remote Testimony Available).
6.   SB 6271 - Modifying the cannabis excise tax to consider THC concentration. (Remote Testimony Available).

Executive Session:
1.   HB 2276 - Increasing the supply of affordable and workforce housing.
2.   SSJM 8009 - Concerning the federal harbor maintenance tax.
3.   SB 5897 - Modifying provisions of the business licensing service program.
4.   SB 6013 - Expanding the homeownership development property tax exemption to include real property sold to low-income households for building residences using mutual self-help housing construction.
5.   SB 6030 - Amending the county population threshold for counties that may exempt from taxation the value of accessory dwelling units to incentivize rental to low-income households.
6.   SB 6215 - Improving tax and revenue laws.
7.   SB 6238 - Updating thresholds for the property tax exemption for widows and widowers of honorably discharged veterans.
