3.   HB 2454 - Extending an existing hazardous substance tax exemption for certain agricultural crop protection products that are temporarily warehoused but not otherwise used, manufactured, packaged, or sold in the state of Washington.
4.   SHB 2147 - Concerning agriculture pest and disease response.
5.   2ESHB 1371 - Providing incentives to improve freight railroad infrastructure.
6.   2SHB 2320 - Concerning high THC cannabis products.

1.   SGA 9452 - Tracy Stanley, Member, State Investment Board.
2.   SHB 1892 - Concerning the workforce housing accelerator program. (Remote Testimony Available).

13.   ESHB 2114 - Improving housing stability for tenants subject to the residential landlord-tenant act and the manufactured/mobile home landlord-tenant act by limiting rent and fee increases, requiring notice of rent and fee increases, limiting fees and deposits, establishing a landlord resource center and associated services, authorizing tenant lease termination, creating parity between lease types, and providing for attorney general enforcement.
