3. ESSB 6179 - Concerning the use of biometric age verification by liquor licensees. (Remote Testimony Available).

Possible Executive Session:

1. SSB 5291 - Concerning liquor licenses.

2. SSB 5376 - Allowing the sale of cannabis waste.

3. SB 6271 - Modifying the cannabis excise tax to consider THC concentration.
