2.   SB 5486 - Investing in Washington families and creating a more fair tax system by enacting a narrowly tailored property tax on extreme wealth derived from the ownership of stocks, bonds, and other financial intangible property. (Remote Testimony Available).
3.   SSB 5052 - Establishing leasehold excise tax parity and accountability for certain arenas and stadiums. (Remote Testimony Available).
4.   SSB 5258 - Increasing the supply and affordability of condominium units and townhouses as an option for homeownership. (Remote Testimony Available).

6.   SB 5279 - Expanding a sales and use tax deferral program for affordable housing to include structures initially used as temporary employee housing for employees constructing warehouses, distribution centers, and other large facilities. (Remote Testimony Available).

10.   SB 5748 - Clarifying the excise tax treatment of meals furnished to tenants of senior living communities as part of their rental agreement. (Remote Testimony Available).
11.   SSB 5091 - Creating and expanding tax incentives for the research, development, production, and sale of hydrogen fuel products in Washington state. (Remote Testimony Available).
