Possible Executive Session:

1. HB 1614 - Concerning the home cultivation of cannabis.

2. HB 1650 - Requiring voter approval for local government prohibitions on cannabis businesses.

3. HB 1765 - Concerning special occasion liquor licenses.

4. HB 1803 - Creating an endorsement to the beer and/or wine specialty shop license.

5. HB 1822 - Concerning complimentary products provided by short-term rental operators to guests.

6. HB 1824 - Authorizing bona fide charitable or nonprofit organizations to conduct shooting sports and activities sweepstakes.

Public Hearing: HB 1790 - Expanding and improving the social equity in cannabis program. (Remote Testimony Available).
