The JLARC Public Records Reporting System is now open for reporting 2021 data.
Agencies that spend over $100,000 in staff and legal costs associated with maintaining public records and responding to records requests are required to report. JLARC staff ask that agencies that do not meet this threshold log in and simply check the box that the agency did not meet the threshold for required reporting. Agencies below the threshold can also consider voluntarily reporting their metrics.
The deadline for reporting 2021 data is July 1, 2022.
Further information and reporting instructions are available on the JLARC website and below.
