Removed from Possible Executive Session (bills were reported out of committee 02/22/22):  ESSB 5245 - Concerning the safety of crime victims, SSB 5572 - Implementing the recommendations of the Washington state internet crimes against children task force, SB 5612 - Ensuring domestic violence victims and survivors of victims have the opportunity to make a statement during sentencing for all domestic violence convictions, SB 5694 - Recognizing Indian tribes as among the governmental entities with which the department of corrections may enter into agreements on matters to include the housing of inmates convicted in tribal court, 2SSB 5695 - Concerning a body scanner pilot program at the department of corrections, and SB 5927 - Concerning the safety and security of retail cannabis outlets.

1.   ESB 5054 - Concerning impaired driving.
2.   ESSB 5628 - Concerning cyber harassment, addressing concerns in the case of Rynearson v. Ferguson, and adding a crime of cyberstalking.
3.   ESB 5919 - Concerning the standard for law enforcement authority to detain or pursue persons. (REVISED FOR ENGROSSED: Concerning the definition of "physical force," "necessary," and "totality of the circumstances," and the standard for law enforcement authority to use physical force and providing the authority for a peace officer to engage in a vehicular pursuit when there is reasonable suspicion a person has violated the law and the officer follows appropriate safety standards.)
