1.   E2SHB 1868 - Improving worker safety and patient care in health care facilities by addressing staffing needs, overtime, meal and rest breaks, and enforcement. (Remote testimony.)
2.   2SHB 1827 - Creating the community reinvestment account and community reinvestment program. (Remote testimony.)
3.   SHB 1706 - Concerning truck drivers ability to access restroom facilities. (Remote testimony.) (If measure is referred to committee.)

Executive Session:
1.   2SHB 1210 - Replacing the term "marijuana" with the term "cannabis" throughout the Revised Code of Washington.
2.   SHB 1794 - Requiring an employer to reimburse employee fees when a paycheck is dishonored by nonacceptance or nonpayment.
3.   SHB 1779 - Requiring policies addressing surgical smoke.
