Executive Session:

1. HB 1344 - Allowing qualifying persons serving long sentences committed prior to reaching 25 years of age to seek review for possible release from incarceration.

2. HB 1413 - Scoring of prior juvenile offenses in sentencing range calculations.

3. HB 1499 - Providing behavioral health system responses to individuals with substance use disorder.

Public Hearing: HB 1507 - Establishing a mechanism for independent prosecutions of criminal conduct arising from police use of force. (Remote testimony.)
