Medical Cannabis Certification – Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) Filed
On October 9, 2026, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:
The Board filed a preproposal statement of inquiry (CR 101) to consider amending chapter 314-55 WAC to create a certification program for licensees participating in licensed medical cannabis activity in the state.
