Oct. 12: CCRS Transition to WA.gov Login
Next week, on Monday, Oct. 12, the Cannabis Central Reporting System (CCRS) will transition from using SecureAccess Washington (SAW) to the new WA.gov interface for login. CCRS will be down and unavailable for users from approximately 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 12 as we complete the transition.
All licensees must make a WA.gov account and complete a one-time registration process after the cutover to link their account with their license. The CCRS FAQ page is updated with some common questions regarding the transition.
Replacing SAW with WA.gov
SecureAccess Washington (SAW) is being replaced with WA.gov accounts - the state’s new single sign-on system that provides one login, stronger privacy protections, and easier access to state services. SAW will be fully transitioned by the end of 2027. Other LCB applications will move to using WA.gov next year.
Licensees and Integrators: Please Finish Testing by Oct. 9
If you are a Washington cannabis licensee or integrator conducting testing in the pre-production environment, please make sure to finalize any testing by the end of this week, Friday, Oct. 9. If you have any questions, contact CCRS@lcb.wa.gov.
