CCRS Maintenance and Incorrect Emails

This morning, the Central Cannabis Reporting System (CCRS) was experiencing issues due to problems with internal system validation. The issue was identified and CCRS was updated. 

Some individuals may have received a Welcome to CCRS email this morning with incorrect information or asking to associate with SAW. Please disregard this email as it was sent in error.

If you are not able to log into CCRS for any reason, please submit a ticket with ServiceDesk@lcb.wa.gov. Thank you for your patience.
