LCB Action: Cannabis Advertising (ESB 5206) – Final Rules Adopted – Effective July 4, 2026
On June 3, 2026, the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:
The Board adopted final rules (CR 103) to amend WAC314-55-155 to implement Engrossed Senate Bill 5206 (Chapter 378, Laws of 2025). These rule updates expand advertising opportunities for cannabis retail licensees.
