LCB Action: Cannabis Advertising - Proposed Rulemaking (CR 102) Filed

 

On March 4, 2026 the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:

The Board approved a proposed rulemaking (CR 102) related to amending WAC 314-55-155 to implement ESB 5206 regarding cannabis advertising.
