Dear cannabis industry members,

On Oct. 1, 2025, the new Harvest.CSV and updated Manifest.CSV will go live in CCRS production environment and will be a new required reporting function. These reports have been available for testing and preparation in the preproduction environment for the last 30 days. These changes are to increase transparency and public safety.

Information About New Reports

Harvest CSV

  • This new report is capturing plants used to create flower lots, other material lots and any waste from harvest. This report is a requirement for producers.

Updated Manifest.CSV

  • This update adds a new column called “LabtestexternalIdentifier,” which is an Identifier found on the COA from the lab (please see the CCRS User Guide and FAQ for examples). This is a requirement for processors sending products to retail.

From Oct. 1 - 31, there will be an educational grace period as industry adjusts to the new requirements. After Nov. 1, 2025, if the reports are not completed, enforcement action could be taken.

To ensure you are prepared, please review the CCRS FAQs and CCRS Resources page on the LCB website.
