LCB Action: Cannabis Harvest Dates - Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) Filed
On September 24, 2025 the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:
Filed a Preproposal Statement of Inquiry (CR 101) to consider amending WAC 314-55-105 to regarding requiring cannabis harvest and processing dates on recreational cannabis product labels.
