Presentation on Expanded Alcohol Services – Sept. 4, 2025
LCB invites local governments and liquor licensees to a virtual presentation and Q&A session on expanded alcohol services granted by HB 1515 on Thursday, Sept. 4 from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Although the application will be available through the LCB Portal at the end of Aug. 2025, we recommend attending this session before applying.
This session will provide an overview of the process for both local governments and licensees to participate in these temporary authorizations as well as a template for an operating plan, walkthrough of the application process, and more.
At the end of the presentation, there will be an opportunity for questions and answers with LCB staff.

Expanded Alcohol Services
The new legislation expanded alcohol service through Dec. 31, 2027, to accommodate fans attending the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Additional information is available on the LCB website.
