LCB Action: Acceptable Forms of Identification – Proposed Rulemaking (CR 102) Filed
On June 4, 2025 the Liquor and Cannabis Board (LCB) took the following action:
The Board approved a Proposed Rulemaking (CR 102) to consider amending WAC 314-11-025 and WAC 314-55-150 to respond to petitions for rulemaking regarding acceptable forms of identification for age verification for purchase of alcohol and cannabis.
